End User License Agreement (EULA) / Terms of Service

Vendor: Curiosity ("Company", "we", "us", or "our")
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding contract between you (either an individual or a legal entity, "Customer" or "Licensee") and Curiosity. It governs the installation, evaluation, and use of software applications developed by Curiosity and distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace (the "Products"), including SBAM — Bulk Attachments for Jira (Download & Delete).
By installing, downloading, or using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope and Platform Requirements
The Products operate as cloud-based add-ons hosted on the Atlassian Forge platform. They function exclusively on instances that meet the technical requirements defined in the Atlassian Marketplace Guidelines.
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the payment of applicable subscription fees to Atlassian:
- Commercial License: Curiosity grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable license to access and use the Products for your internal business operations during the active subscription term.
- Evaluation License: We may provide free trial periods via Atlassian Marketplace. Evaluation versions are licensed solely for testing and assessment purposes for the duration established by Atlassian.
- Tier Alignment: The user tier of the Product license must match the user tier of the underlying Jira host product.
3. License Restrictions
You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of the Products, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Products.
- Defeat, bypass, or circumvent any license verification, quota mechanism, or access control.
- Sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or distribute the Products to unauthorized third parties.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright labels.
4. Maintenance, Support, and SLAs
- Maintenance updates, bug fixes, and compatibility patches are provided throughout active subscription terms.
- Technical support is delivered in English via email (
curiosity@curiosity-support.atlassian.net) and our official Support Portal in accordance with our published Service Level Agreement. - Support does not cover custom Jira workflow scripting, environmental network configurations, or third-party plugins.
5. Intellectual Property and Customer Feedback
- Curiosity retains all worldwide rights, title, interest, and intellectual property rights in and to the Products.
- Feedback: If you submit suggestions, enhancement requests, or feedback regarding the Products, you grant Curiosity an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, implement, and commercialize such feedback without restriction or obligation of compensation.
6. Fees, Billing, and Renewals
All billing, payments, subscription tiers, renewals, taxes, and refunds are processed exclusively by Atlassian and its authorized partners under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or business data.
- Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Curiosity's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Product during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Customer Reference
Curiosity may identify you as a customer in promotional materials or on our website. You may opt out of this reference at any time by sending a written notice to curiosity@curiosity-support.atlassian.net.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
